Kelsey+Company, located in Portland, Maine works with businesses seeking to improve the performance of their organizations or teams by employing creative learning technologies and Web 2.0.


What is instructional design?
It's where design, education and technology come together. Instructional design involves exploring and defining:

• What are your strategic goals?
• What resources do you have in place to reach and realize them?
• Will it require a change in performance?
• If so, what knowledge or skills are needed?
• What's the best method to teach these new skills? Who should be taught?
• Which learning technologies can help?!

As Principal, Margaret Kelsey brings 20 years of combined experience in curriculum development, software design and usability, technical writing and web-based marketing.
She works with each client to define their primary objectives, their unique business
challenges, and the audience(s) they serve so as to develop a single or set of services
that best meets these needs. Additional resources are brought in based on the complexity
of the design, technical, and documentation requirements.
