Case Studies
We enjoy working with clients in all sectors. We like to think that our clients and our work speaks for itself. We are very proud of the solutions we provide and the relationships we build with our clients. Explore some of our case studies below.

One of our most recent project involves the design and development of a suite of e-learning solutions for BMC HealthNet Plan in Boston, MA. With four regional offices, their Health Services department is looking to streamline their training efforts and resources. Working with internal subject matter experts, we're creating a suite of modules that address their key policies and the use of their clinical care management system (McKesson CareEnhance Care Manager (CCMS)). Prior to this project, we assisted in the roll-out of CCMS to their utilization managers, producing a custom training manual and train-the-trainer series that would make it possible to train 120 staff members across their four regional offices in four weeks time. What do we enjoy most about working with BMCHP? Their team of clinicians is highly dedicated to learning and sharing knowledge to continually provide superior managed care services

PowerPay approached us with a challenge: "We are without training materials, we're growing fast, what do we need?" As a rapidly growing start-up offering merchant payment processing, they provided a set of unique challenges: How to quickly identify their needs, design and develop content from scratch, and create an engaging and dynamic look and feel for internal and national distribution, while making everything client-customizable. In the process of conducting a need analysis, we identified a flexible instructional plan of e-learning solutions that could be developed in two phases. Phase One included a core set of modules that enabled their sales force to cut their training time in half.

The number of applicants were down in 2003 at MVNU AGS and the Director of Marketing needed to increase the number of accepted applicants in their Adult Graduate Studies Program. He was also looking to drive more leads through the Internet. He was concerned about the lack of sales skills within the group of recruiters. He hired Strategic Sales Advisors to train the staff and Kelsey+Co. to develop refresher correponding e-learning content. The combined approached resulted in a 30% boost in accepted applications after the training.
